Great location near the river and shopping areas, with a wonderful view of a cricket ground. the room was clean and tidy with all the expected amenities. Convenient lifts and spacious lounge bar area added to our comfort.
We were unable to get a gluten-free menu at dinner, and several menu items were already sold out when we visited at 7.45 pm on a Thursday. Service could be slow and inefficient, as it was hard to get the staff's attention for the bill.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the banks of the river and overlooking the cricket pitch. It's just a short walk from the city center, so you have easy access to all the main restaurants and shopping areas. The view from the bar is fantastic, especially if there's a match happening at the cricket club. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the value for money you get. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with basic amenities like coffee making facilities and a hairdryer.
All was ok, but the bed was a bit too hot for comfort overnight.

Great location near the river and cricket ground, just a short walk to the town and shops. Our room had a view of the cricket ground, which was enjoyable. The hotel was clean and comfortable, as expected from a Premier Inn.
The hotel could use some updates and tlc. The corridors had a noticeable smell and could benefit from better ventilation.

I recently had a very good stay at a hotel in Worcester. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a beautiful view of the river and the cricket ground. It was great to be able to relax in a quiet area, but still be just a short walk away from the city center. The staff at the hotel were friendly and provided excellent service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The room I stayed in was comfortable, with all the basic amenities I needed, and the air conditioning was a lifesaver on a particularly hot evening. I also appreciated the option of having a room that accommodated my children alongside our double, which made our overnight stay much more convenient. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced at £9.50. It was a great way to start the day before exploring the city.
Everything was alright.
